Littleversity is committed to providing high-level Occupational Therapy services to all of our clients and we value their input in improving our services. 

We encourage feedback, suggestions, and/or complaints to be provided in-person to our therapists (particularly as soon as any issues arise regarding complaints). Alternatively, feedback, suggestions, and/or complaints can be submitted in writing via email, or using the form below. Feedback, suggestions and/or complaints are not able to be provided confidentially as this will make it challenging to complete adequate follow up with you to better understand or sometimes resolve any issues that may arise. 

If you are unhappy with outcomes received from the handling of a complaint by Littleversity, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission can be contacted by attending the local NDIS office, calling 1800 035 544, or through visiting www.ndiscommission.gov.au for further information.
