Funding Options & Pricing

With Littleversity, therapy sessions are able to be funded through the following options:

• Self-funded
• Private Health Insurance*
• Medicare*
• NDIS plan managed
• NDIS self-managed*

Services are not currently provided for clients who are using NDIA agency managed funding streams. 

*Clients will be required to submit their receipts to their private health insurance company or Medicare to receive their rebate. Receipts can be issued for any claims for Medicare, Private Health or NDIS. We are currently unable to offer HICAPS due to the nature of our mobile services. 

Likewise, self-managed NDIS clients will need to cover the cost of the therapy session and submit their receipts to the NDIS.

All services are billed in line with the NDIS Occupational Therapy service rate of $193.99 per hour (under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2024-25).

This is subject to change upon review by the NDIS each year. 

Any changes to pricing arrangements and price limits will be implemented in line with the NDIS decisions. 

All clients actively receiving services from Littleversity will be notified as soon as practicable regarding any changes to pricing arrangements and price limits. Changes to our pricing will also be reflected here on our website.

Additionally, to be consistent with the NDIS expectations, billing is completed for:

• Report writing (including letters of support).
• Face-to-face and telehealth therapy (including additional 15 minutes for cleaning of resources, case noting, future session planning).
• Consultation and collaboration with other key supports/stakeholders (this may include for care team meetings, with educators, with other therapists including where joint therapy sessions occur and further planning is required).
• Travel to/from the location of services (this will be discussed with you at the time of agreeing to services or when changes to service delivery locations occur).
